book reviews
“Love this! As a parent of 3, I have to admit that sometimes life gets out of hand and we forget to pause and appreciate life’s special moments. This mindfulness journal helped me breath and come back to the moment. I highly recommend this to all parents, especially my momma bears. I never write reviews, but I had to for this. “

“I was fortunate to receive an early copy of “Mindfulness Journal for Parents” and it’s allowed me to already get started on improving my relationship with my daughter. Through a series of journal prompts, Atluri, guided me to understand some of the patterns and past experiences that are influencing my parenting today. As the prompts are stand-alone, I was able to organize the sequence in the way that made the most sense for me – diving in on certain pages, giving myself space to reflect on others and putting a couple aside for later. With each page, I felt I was thinking of situations and interactions in new ways and that I will only be better for this. “
